Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026. What we collect, why, and who ever sees it.
1. What we collect
Account details — if you create an account: your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text — not even we can read it back), and optionally your trainer/PTC username to pre-fill checkout.
Order details — the email, PTC username, and item you're ordering. Your PTC password is used only in the moment to attempt delivery and is never stored in our database, logged, or emailed anywhere.
Payment details — we never see or store your card or crypto wallet details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor (NOWPayments for crypto); we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference ID.
Support & chat — messages you send us through the contact form or live chat, including the name/email you give us, so we can reply.
Technical data — a session cookie (to keep you signed in — it's httpOnly, meaning page scripts can't read it), and, for login attempts, the IP address and browser user-agent, kept briefly to detect abuse and rate-limit repeated failed logins.
2. Why we collect it
To create and fulfill your order, respond to support requests, send transactional emails (order receipts, password reset codes, order-status updates), and to keep accounts secure (detecting fraudulent logins, rate-limiting brute-force attempts).
3. What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data to third parties. We don't use your data for advertising. We don't store your PTC password. Internal order/message notifications go to our own staff (over Telegram) — they contain your order reference, email, and PTC username where relevant for fulfillment, and go nowhere else.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in — the site doesn't work without it, and it isn't used for tracking or advertising. Your theme preference (light/dark) is saved in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
5. Third parties
NOWPayments processes crypto payments and never shares your wallet details with us — we only receive payment confirmation. We don't share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. If you'd like your account deleted, contact us — deleting an account removes your login and chat history; past orders are kept for our own records but are unlinked from your identity.

You can ask to see what data we hold on you, correct it, or have your account deleted, at any time — see Contact us below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
