2. Acceptance and Eligibility

6. Account Access and Credentials

7. Delivery

Orders are generally processed promptly after successful payment.

Our typical delivery target is approximately 10 minutes, although actual delivery times may vary depending on order volume, service availability, account availability, technical issues, game-server conditions, game updates or maintenance, security restrictions, manual verification, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Delay

If your purchased service has not been delivered or your balance has not updated within one hour of your order confirmation, you should contact our support team and provide your order reference, which generally begins with PM-.

We will investigate the order and, where appropriate, either complete the delivery or issue an applicable refund.

A temporary delay does not automatically constitute a failure to provide the service.

8. Completion of Services

A service is considered completed when Pogo.Market has provided the purchased service substantially in accordance with the product description displayed at checkout.

Certain services may be delivered incrementally or through multiple actions. In such cases, completion may occur once the purchased quantity or stated objective has been fulfilled.

Customers should inspect the delivered service promptly and notify support of any genuine delivery issue as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to resolve legitimate delivery problems fairly and promptly.

9.1 Eligible Refund Situations

Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be available where:

• Pogo.Market fails to deliver the purchased service;
• The service cannot reasonably be completed due to an issue caused by Pogo.Market;
• An order was charged successfully but cannot be fulfilled; or
• Pogo.Market expressly agrees to a refund as part of a support resolution.

9.2 Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refund

• The customer supplied an account that could not be accessed for reasons attributable to the customer;
• The customer changed, removed, or otherwise interfered with the account or service after delivery;
• The customer requests a refund solely because they changed their mind after successful delivery;
• The customer received the service but failed to use or benefit from it;
• The account was restricted, suspended, or banned as a result of the customer's own actions;
• The customer violated the game's rules independently of our service;
• The customer provides false, misleading, or manipulated evidence;
• The order was obtained through fraudulent payment activity; or
• The customer has already received the purchased service or its equivalent.

9.3 Incorrect Orders

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product or provide incorrect delivery information, contact support immediately. Once a service has been delivered, we generally cannot reverse the transaction because many digital services are irreversible.

9.4 Partial Delivery

If an order is only partially completed, Pogo.Market may, at its discretion: complete the remaining portion; provide a partial refund corresponding to the undelivered portion; or provide another reasonable resolution.

The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and the evidence available.

10. Disputes and Support

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback or payment reversal does not automatically establish that a refund is owed.

If you initiate a chargeback for a service that was properly delivered, we reserve the right to provide relevant transaction, delivery, communication, and account information to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

Where permitted by law, fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, cancellation of outstanding orders, restriction of future purchases, and recovery of amounts improperly reversed.
