Refund Policy

Eligible for a refund ✅

Your order may be refunded if any of the following happen:

• We failed to fully deliver your order within the guaranteed delivery window (see section below).
• We failed to warn you about a specific, known risk (unrelated to buying in-game boost generally — see our Terms of Service) that ended up negatively affecting your account.
• We partially delivered your order — you received less than what you paid for.
• Your account was affected by in-game boost or items we sourced through a compromised or fraudulent method on our end.

Not eligible for a refund ❌

Your order cannot be refunded if any of the following apply:

• The in-game boost or items in question were not purchased through Pogo.Market.
• The guaranteed delivery window hasn't passed yet — orders are typically fulfilled within around ten minutes; give it the full window (see below) before requesting a refund.
• You provided an incorrect PTC username at checkout and the order was delivered to that account as given.
• Your account was suspended or banned by the game's operator for reasons unrelated to our delivery — including the general risk disclosed in our Terms of Service that buying third-party in-game boost can breach the game's own rules.
• Evidence of a problem is shared only through screenshots or other platforms instead of contacting our support directly with your order reference.

The guaranteed delivery window

Orders are typically fulfilled within around ten minutes of payment. If your balance hasn't updated within one hour of your order confirmation, contact support with your order reference (it starts PM-) and we will either complete delivery or refund you in full that same day.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment originated from. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
